Account audit log: what gets recorded
The Audit tab shows what was created, changed or deleted in the account, who did it, when and from which IP.
What the Audit tab is
The Settings › Audit tab is the trail of everything created, changed or deleted in the account. Use it to answer questions like "who changed this video's settings?" or "when was this member removed?".
Who can see it
Admins only. People with Viewer access don't see this tab. See the roles in Team and roles.
How to read each row
- Date: when the change happened.
- User: who made the change.
- Action: Created, Changed or Deleted.
- Event: a description of what changed.
- IP: the address the action came from.
Events are listed newest first, in pages. Use Previous and Next to move between them.
What is and isn't included
The trail records changes made successfully in the account: videos, folders, player settings, team, integrations, account security (such as API keys) and plan, among others. A rejected attempt does not become an event.

Exporting
Today the Audit tab has no filters and no spreadsheet export: you browse it on screen, page by page. If you need a copy of the trail for an internal audit, contact our support with the period you need.
